Represented the owner of 150 non-contiguous platted lots in an inverse condemnation case against Charlotte County. Charlotte County indicated lots were developable when owner purchased, but owner later discovered the County had misappropriated the necessary infrastructure for potable water and sewer. This action by Charlotte County caused the owner to not be able to develop the 150 lots and therefore the properties had been inversely condemned. At the jury trial on valuation, jury awarded full value for the 150 lots.
