Represented the owner of a large tract of land in the alignment of a new natural gas pipeline.  Pipeline needed permanent and temporary easements for the installation of the underground pipe for a distance of approximately one mile on owner’s property. Negotiations on behalf of the owner included identifying appropriate equipment crossing points and valuation analysis.
